Entire PS2 Catalog Coming To PSN?

It's come to light that Sony is planning to making all of the PS2 games available for play on the PS3 via the Playstation Network (PSN). This solves the problem of the PS3 not being backwards compatible with PS2 games. My problem with it is that they are saying that if you really want to play a game you already own on the PS2 you have to buy the game twice if you want to play it on the PS3. I don't like that that at all. It's going to be real intereting to see how this going to go since it's also rumored that Sony wants to make the old Dreamcast games available on the PSN.
