Super Hero Squad Show: Tom Kenny Interview at Marvel.com

This guy has got to be talented to play multiple voices on an animated show like Super Hero Squad. Kenny does the voices of Iron Man, Modoc, and Captain America. I had no idea it was the same guy. I didn't like the show at first because I thought it was too over-the-top but now it has grown on me.
