Infinity Blade Developers Talk Android – Piracy Concerns Prevent Android Development

I've been hearing a lot of great things about Infinity Blade for IOS devices. I wanna play it! The problem is that I don't have an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch. All I have is Android and if the following article is true, it won't be coming to Android. If Infinity Blade is not ported to Android then I have a feeling that Batman: Arkham City Lockdown won't either. Real disappointing.

File this one under: I have no idea how I missed this!!!! Last week they released the 1992 X-Men arcade game for iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPad! Unfourtunately it seems to work best on the 4th versions instead of the 3G versions. I love this game. Unfortunately, I don't have any apply portable device!!!!

Thousands of Comics on Your iPad for Pennies Each - ComicsAlliance | Comics culture, news, humor, commentary, and reviews

Turns out there is a way to have 1000 of comics on your mobile devices for pennies each. The article focuses on installations on the iPad, but I think it would work on any hardware that is able to run PDF files! That include Android smart phones.

DC Universe: The Source » Blog Archive » DC Digital Comics Store

Jim Lee has written an awesome announcement that DC Comics now has an online store for their digital comics. However they have done what I really want, if you buy a comic book you read it on any device you want: PC, MAC, PSP, iPhone, or even iPad. Smart. I really wish Marvel would do the same.

Ingenious Tilting Comic Opens a Window to Another World - ComicsAlliance | Comics culture, news, humor, commentary, and reviews

The idea is really cool. Making a comic book interactive by making the user's reading experience change as the device orientation changes. I want one!

Since comics first moved to the internet, there's been a lot of discussion about how the digital world could potentially change the way people make and read comics. A new iPad and iPhone comic titled "The First Witch" is trying a new experiment: using the screen as a window into the comic book world, where the scene changes as you physically move your device around.

The comic was written and drawn by Karrie Fransman and created by Jonathan Plackett, who explained that the comic "uses the accelerometer in iStuff to create a new reading experience. Tilting the device changes the part of the comic you're looking at, giving the appearance of looking through a window into the scene."
