The comic geeks over at Robot Comics developed a cool little comic book reader called the “Droid Comic Viewer” but the cool kids call it “ACV”.

Where to find Free CBZ and CBR comics | Robot Comics

Here is a great article about how to find digital comics. In addition to the first link I am providing additional links to look at. There are quite a few Torrents out there with digital comics in them - some for feee. I also think Marvel has a great system and there is a PSP reader that gives you access to content from multiple publishers.
