Should Captain America Shoot a Guy in the Head?

My personal opinion is that Captain America should be moral enough not to shoot a guy in the head even if he "deserves" it. It's wrong.  But then the guy currently in the role is not  the original ad I think he might do it. I'd like to see how this all plays out!
