This particular video has been around for a couple of years but it beautifully illustrates how one handles a heckler in public. During question/answer section, a person who obviously was trying to appear superior to Kevin Smith asked:
"Do you ever plan on making an original movie without rehashing any of your old characters that doesn't suck?"
