Polls: Which Character Have You been Waiting For to be Completed?

In have noticed that I have a few characters that aren't complete but still exciting. This Poll is not intended to make any creator fell like I am trying to rush them. Everyone has a life outside of mugen and that is to be expected. I mean everyone is busy! That being said here are nominees for characters we'd like to see completed. This is by no means an exhaustive list and does not mean to ignore the work of anyone. If you think I have missed a character please comment below.
