DC/Marvel Universe: Director Joe Johnston Offers Commentary on Captain America Pictures

Here is an interview with Joe Johnston who is directing Captain America. It seems to turn out that Nazis are not the villains in World War II but an organization from the comics - Hydra. My question: why not Nazis? They have taken the same idea on Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes. I'm going to try to find out why. Otherwise, the movie sounds like something I can't wait to see it.
