Apparently, this is really a guy dressed like spider-man doing a decidedly Spider-man like stunt. According to the article these foreign daredevils do this kind of th8ing all the time. I'm not sure even where to file this one. The thing is this so much cooler than the recent crimes idiots have been committing dressed like Spider-man.
