I've got to admit: I watch the Daily Show at times. It's always funny how they present the news. It's sarcastic, yet the facts reported are true. This week, he had two subjects that must not be ignored. The first segment is about Torture and if American officials should be held accountable for the torture of suspected terrorists? No matter what you think the answer is this is very funny and thought provoking.

Here is the other segment about will the US accept a United Nations resolution that will give children the right to freedom of religion and outlaw corporal punishment? And other laws that will never happen along with one-world government.

I have to disagree with Stewart. I'd like to think that he's right and a one-world currency or restricting American civil liberties because of an international governing body could never happen. Unfortunately, the way I and many others read the Bible these very things will take place. I liked his point that in now way would we join the one-world currency bandwagon because we haven't even adopted the metric system. But I think that is the awesomeness of Bible prophecy. Even the seemingly unlikely will take place if the Bible says it will. View blog reactions
