Paul Dini's Comment on Charlie Sheen

For those of you who don't know him, Paul Dini is one of the greatest writers of Batman ever. He Created the creator Harley Quinn and perhaps none knows what makes the Joker tick better than he. The following observation coming from him says a lot.
