On Attack of the Show they reviewed Samsung's new Windows 7 phone! It looks great. It makes sense that Microsoft would bring it, given the success of Android and iPhone. The one feature I envy is the integration with XBox Live. Android will be getting that soon I'll bet. Hopefully PSN too.

In case you did not know, Bruce Wayne was missing for some months and in his place Dick Grayson, the first Robin, takes over as Batman. Now that Bruce is back Dick will continue as Batman in Gotham City. Image via WikipediaYesterday, I've heard that Warner Brothers has decided to make a new Buffy: The Vampire Slayer movie. The bad news? No Joss Whedon or any of the idea or concepts he brought to the Movie, television series, or comic books. Without him creating, directing, or producing the franchise would not have worked! I mean the movie was a dud at time. The studio did not know what it had. I bet it is gonna be like Blade...just wait and see. Which means it won't work for Buffy. I liked the way Whedon summed up his comment:

I always hoped that Buffy would live on even after my death. But, you know, AFTER. I don't love the idea of my creation in other hands, but I'm also well aware that many more hands than mine went into making that show what it was. And there is no legal grounds for doing anything other than sighing audibly.

I'm not sure if I'd be able to be that classy. I'll lend my audible sigh to his. And I think David Boreanaz's (who starred in Buffy and it's spinoff Ange1) tweeted picture sums up my feeling exacty!

I've heard of these live-action specials. I've got a copy of Legends of the Superheroes and yes, it is bad! But bad in the way the 1960's Batman series was bad. If you like camp and corny dialogue, you will like it. I prefer superheroes to be dealt with seriously and not campy. Check out the clips below.

Okay two quick things:

1. Young Justice will be out next week!!!!
The animated series will premiere with a one-hour block on November 26 at 7pm ET.
2. Comics Alliance has a 6 minute clip!!!!!

After much anticipation since its announcement back in April, the Young Justice cartoon is finally set to debut next week on Cartoon Network. Based on the 1990s DC Comics title created primarily by Todd DeZago, Peter David and Todd Nauck, Young Justice stars the teenage sidekicks of the Justice League, including such kid heroes as Robin, Kid Flash, Aqualad, Miss Martian, Artemis, Speedy, and Superboy. The show's ranks will be expanded as it progresses, and will also include an impressive lineup of Justice Leaguers like Batman, Superman, Green Arrow, Aquaman, and Captain Marvel.

More information has been released for the the new Hulk television series. I like the idea of these guys producing the show. I'm not sure how good it is using a young Bruce Banner or not going with a full cgi Hulk. That was what I liked about the movies. There isn't a human alive who can really play the Hulk. No one is that big. I also think releasing it after the Avengers film is a good idea. It mean waiting 2 years but if its good....I'll wait.
